at OAKLEY FARM
Oakley Farm offers an intimate setting for weddings in the Warm Springs Valley. A charming farm setting designed for celebrations of up to 60 guests, the venue provides a relaxed and personal atmosphere where couples can gather with family and friends in a historic landscape.
The Farm
Founded in 1834, Oakley Farm is one of the original farms of the Warm Springs Valley of Virginia. Along with its rolling fields and orchards, Oakley is home to a Colonial Revival manor home and restored 1920s stables.
The North Stable
The North Stable is a 1920s historic stable restored in 2021. The space is a two-story building with a bar area, farmhouse-style wood tables and chairs, and an upstairs Hayloft lounge area. The building is bordered by two outdoor terraces, including an outdoor fireplace.
Ceremonies
Ceremony locations at the farm range from scenic open pastures with sweeping mountain views to more intimate settings around the North Stable and surrounding lawns. The farm setting offers flexibility to thoughtfully customize the space and surrounding grounds to reflect each couple’s vision.
Local Cider & Wine
Oakley Farm offers a Local Cider & Wine program featuring Troddenvale cider produced on the farm alongside a curated selection of wines that reflect the region.
Wedding Weekend Gatherings
In addition to weddings, Oakley Farm hosts a variety of gatherings throughout the weekend. The North Stable can accommodate rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, private cider tastings, wedding party luncheons, and Sunday brunch. These gatherings may take place alongside a wedding celebration or as standalone events.
