The North Stable at Oakley Farm was designed as a gathering space where cider, food, and the surrounding landscape come together. It’s a place to slow down and experience the rhythms of life in this valley.
During open hours, guests can enjoy Troddenvale’s cider & wine, seasonal food offerings from the menu, as well as a curated retail & wine shop. Our kitchen serves a seasonal menu of small plates and rotating weekly offerings that highlight ingredients from farms throughout the surrounding region.
Reserve a table for your visit during our open hours, or stop by as a walk-in and find a seat in the stable, patio, or lawn. We look forward to having you here!
Gatherings at Oakley Farm
Throughout the summer and fall, Oakley Farm hosts Foodlore Fridays, a weekly gathering featuring visiting chefs, a local food market, and live music in the stable and on the surrounding lawn.
We also host wine tastings, talks, and workshops that invite conversation around farming, food, and the landscape that sustains them.

What to Expect
Reservations
Reservations can be made in advance through Tock for table seating during our open hours. Reservations secure a table for your group and help us prepare for your visit. Booking fees are applied toward onsite purchases, including cider, wine, food, and items from our retail market.
Please note that reservations are not available on Fridays during our Foodlore Fridays season.
Walk-ins are also welcome, with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis in the stable, patio spaces, and on the surrounding lawn.
Food & Drink
Our offerings highlight the agricultural richness of the region. Guests can enjoy Troddenvale cider by the flight, glass, or bottle, as well as a curated selection of wines by the glass or bottle. Many ingredients featured in our kitchen and market come from the same farms represented in Foodlore Provisions.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Foodlore Fridays
Foodlore Fridays take place rain or shine, with indoor and covered gathering space available in the stable. Seating is first come, first served, both indoors and outdoors. Guests are also welcome to bring a blanket or lawn chairs and picnic on the grass.
Foodlore Fridays are family-friendly events held on a working farm. Please note that the fences surrounding the farm are electric, and we ask guests to remain within the event areas.
Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Food is available for purchase from the evening’s chefs and producers, and cider and wine are available from Troddenvale. Please drink responsibly and be mindful of those around you.
Dogs & Policies
We love dogs and have one of our own. Oakley Farm is home to farm animals and our resident pup Fanny, so visiting dogs should be well-behaved and well-socialized. Dogs must remain leashed and under their owner’s control at all times. Please be mindful of other guests and animals while visiting.
Dogs are not permitted during Foodlore Fridays events.
Private Experiences
If you’re interested in visiting outside of our regular open hours, private tours and tastings are available by advance booking. Please send your inquiry to info@troddenvale.com.
